After months of searching, Fred
has found a new practice venue. The new practice room in Rathmines,
Dublin, will allow the 2005 World Champion to train regularly.
Fred will share the venue with a handful of other top Irish pool players.

Wheelchair World Pool Championship in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, beating
Chu Shou Wei (Chinese Taipei) 11-7 in the final.

documentary filmmaker, Derek Harper, is to make a film about Fred. Harper
will shadow Fred for 6 months, and will follow him to major tournaments,
including the European Open, in Prague. (Read

A win at the British Wheelchair
Pool Open in Leicester means that Dubliner Fred Dinsmore is now ranked
fourth in Europe. "I knew from my bronze medal at the Europeans
earlier this year that I was back in form and this result confirms
it," said a jubilant Dinsmore. (Read

Dinsmore takes Bronze in European Championships |

Former world wheelchair 9-ball
pool champion Fred Dinsmore from Dublin proved that he's right back
in form when he took a bronze medal at the European Championships
in Bialystok, Poland. "I won the world title in 2000, but last
year, played terribly and only finished 13th. It took me a while to
get over that, however I now know I'm coming back to my best,"
says Dinsmore. First to call him with congratulations was snooker
legend Jimmy White, a great supporter of wheelchair cue sports.
