Following his bronze medal in the World Wheelchair Pool championships in Chinese Taipei, Dubliner Fred Dinsmore has signed up with Jasons of Ranelagh. "My old club Rathfarnham has closed, so I got in touch with Jasons, and they agreed to take me on", says Dinsmore, whose trip to Taipei was sponsored by his employers Banking 365.

Next target for the current European champion is a ranking event in Belgium, where he aims to finish just one round ahead of local player de clerk and regain his European No. 1 spot. Jasons is home club of former world snooker champion Ken Doherty.
